The first stop of the day was just a short jaunt east to Hartsville, Tennesse, where we had the pleasure of joining Gary Frank on the air at WTNK 93.5FM. Gary and his wife have been running this station for 6 years. Hartsville is a perfectly quaint little town, and we can't wait to go back and visit Gary often. Thanks, Gary!Stop two: WLBQ 1570AM. Charlie Black has owned the station for over 20 years, and he and DJ Howard Phelps welcomed us into the station, and gave us a great interview. We played a song live, and then they spun our single. Thank you Morgantown, Kentucky for another great visit!
The last stop today was in Owensboro, Kentucky. Dave Spencer was a blast to hang out with at WBKR 92.5FM. Dave has been at the station for over 9 years, and has some great stories that he shared with us. We played a couple songs on the air, he interviewed us, and then he spun our single. Thanks, Dave!
